Midlertidig finansdirektør
Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an Interim Finance Director for a subsidiary of a listed Swedish group, serving as a contract manufacturer for customers across various sectors with high demands for the products manufactured.
You report to the Managing Director.
Hovedoppgaver:
- Responsible for the quality of the financial reporting and lead the alignment of accounting principles, financial processes and reporting across the two businesses.
- Hands-on and operational tasks involving the preparation of P&L and balance sheets, etc., as well as reporting in the Group’s consolidation system.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning to support the businesses’ growth ambitions
- Lead and develop a finance team of 2 FTEs
- Act as a trusted adviser to the Managing Director and management team, contributing to the development and performance of the organisation.
For å være relevant for rollen:
- You have +5 years of experience from a finance management role, such as Accounting Manager, Business Controller or Financial Controller, with substantial experience in financial accounting.
- You have a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, production costing, inventory management, lean principles and operational KPIs.
- You have experience working as part of a management team or closely with business leaders, with the ability to translate financial information into initiatives that improve growth and profitability.
- You are an experienced Excel user
- It’s a merit if you have experience from post-merger integrations, ERP harmonisation or establishing finance structures following a merger or acquisition.
- It’s a merit if you have experience from leading and developing a small team, 2–5 people, with the ability to coach, delegate and empower team members across finance and administration.
- It’s a merit if you have proficiency in ERP systems, especially IFS, and experience with BI tools, including using them to improve and automate financial reporting.
