Interim Business Analyst
Welcome to apply for this exciting position as Business Analyst at Group level for an international group with operations in 12 countries and a turnover of approximately SEK 8 billion.
This assignment is 6 months long with very good possible extension opportunities.
Location: City center Stockholm. At least 4 days’ work from the office – 1 day remote.
Hovedoppgaver:
- Responsible for the company’s internal processes for reconciliation of Internal sales and transactions.
- Responsible together with Finance for all reporting in the company’s consolidation system OneStream
- System owner and manager for OneStream and primarily responsible towards the implementation consultants
- Responsible for the preparation of all reports and implementation of the same in the organization
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users and development.
Specific Mandatory Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong user in Excel, database management or any other Group consolidation system.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
