Interim Chief Marketing/Brand Officer
Interim Search AB has been commissioned to find an interim Chief Marketing/Brand Officer for a Sweden-based, internationally active company in the outdoor industry.
This is a unique opportunity to lead o modern marketing organisation where brand, content, data and technology work as one.
You report to CEO.

- Consumer Journey, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Martech, Personalization, Data & AI Strategy
- Agentic Commerce & Future-Readiness
- Growth, Commercial Integration & Measurable Outcomes
- Leadership & Organizational Development
For å være relevant for rollen:
- You have 12+ years in consumer brand marketing
- You have a track record of building a robust content ecosystem, not only campaigns.
- You have experience leading CRM, lifecycle or retention programs at scale.
- You have an understanding of martech systems (CRM, CDP, automation platforms) and data-driven marketing.
- You have strong experience with creators, ambassadors, athletes or outdoor communities.
- You are a strong communicator, storyteller, and cross-functional collaborator.
- You have experience partnering with DTC/E-com and Sales to drive measurable revenue impact.
- You have global brand experience; Nordic experience is a merit
- You have high proficiency in English and Swedish is a merit
- It’s a merit if you have some exposure to structured product data, AI/ML, or emerging digital commerce models.
