Interim Accounting Director (Jobb-id:1938)
Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Accounting Director to a successful listed company.
In the role as interim Accounting Director you will be a part of a fast growing company managing eighteen subordinates. This places high demand on accounting to continue to develop the function in line with the company’s continuous expansion goals.
Hovedoppgaver:
- Manager of a team of 18 accountants
- Responsible for efficient accounting, delivered through combination of in-house and outsourced activities
- Specify and develop processes and guidelines for accounting
- Specify and follow up on KPIs
- Manage contracts with outsourcing providers
- Responsible to identify and plan competency needs and development
Your qualifications:
- Experience from a similar assignment or employment
- Experience of change management
- Experience from international complex financial environment
- Experience from setting up or developing processes to a Shared Service Center
- Experience form high pressure work environment
Om prosessen:
The assignment is set to durate for 12 months and start immediately. Presentation of candidates will be held 20th of April and interviews with the customer the 21st of April.
