Interim CEO

Main duties:

• Lead the implementation of a strategic change program, with clear milestones and follow-up.
• Provide cohesive leadership to the management team and drive skills development.
• Develop and clarify the organization's offer.
• Act as a stabilizing force and ensure coordination between the board, management, and employees.
• Support major strategic initiatives of business-critical importance.
• Maintain a close and effective dialog with the Board as well as the management team.
• Be able to operationally manage the daily activities

To be eligible for the role: 

• You have at least five years of experience as an Interim CEO preferably in complex environments.
• Do you have the strength to lead organizations through transformation?.
• Do you have the ability to drive implementation with structure, pace, and pragmatism?.
• Do you have solid experience in leadership development and internal skills building?.
• Are you a good negotiator who likes to interact with customers and suppliers yourself.
