Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Manager Finance & Controlling to a Swedish world-leading company in the manufacturing industry. The role is perfect for someone with solid experience in finance and controlling who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders to drive the business forward.
Main duties:
- Participate in the strategic development of the business together with the site manager.
- Proactively participate in the implementation of SAP.
- Lead the development of common processes within profitability analysis, CAPEX calculations, investment follow-up, and financial planning and reporting.
- Perform financial analysis and business controlling to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Prepare regular follow-ups and analyses of financial presentations.
- Collaborate with the commercial function to optimize product mix and profitability.
- Develop effective working methods within finance and manage working capital such as inventory and spare parts.
To be eligible for the role:
- Academic degree in economics, preferably a Master of Science in Economics or equivalent.
- Financial acumen combined with business sense and leadership skills.
- Experience of successfully driving change and development projects in the financial sector.
- Ability to handle complex issues, produce high-quality financial reports, communicate clearly, and develop solutions.
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
About the process:
