Interim Accounting Manager

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Accounting Manager for our client Signode Industrial Group. You will be based in an industrial environment in Småland, Sweden, working for the world's largest global packaging company and in an international organization with operations covering production, sales, and service/support. You will report to the Head of Controller Sweden and Norway.

You will be part of the finance department in Burseryd, which consists of four people. Your assignment will be to take responsibility for the day-to-day accounting and related tasks for the Norwegian unit, Norsk Signode AS.

In the role of Interim Accounting Manager for Signode AS, you will be responsible for:

• Accounts receivable
• Requirements management
• Accounts payable
• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly financial statements
• Participation in financial statements
• VAT reporting
• Regulatory reporting
• Improve routines and processes

To be eligible for the assignment:

• You have had similar assignments in the recent past
• You are meticulous, loyal, and efficient.
• A degree in economics or similar is an advantage.
• Experience in auditing is an advantage
• The group language is English, and you have a good command of both spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage

Our process:

We present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews are conducted at the client's premises or via Skype thereafter. The assignment is full-time, starting immediately but no later than January 8, 2018, and is expected to last for six months. If you commute weekly, you have the option of working from home.
