Interim Production Manager

In the role of Interim Production Manager, you will streamline and lead production.

Main duties

• Lead and distribute work for production, approx. 8 direct reports
• Drive change initiatives linked to production work processes
• Be part of the management team
• Report to the CEO

To be eligible for the role

• Experienced production manager
• Background in production and manufacturing environments, preferably medium-sized companies
• Previously implemented change management in a leadership position, Lean
• Experience with SAP or equivalent
• The assignment is carried out on site

About the process

The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last approximately 12 months, starting in early November.
