Interim HRBP
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Business Partner to an international group active in cables for the electricity and telecommunications sector. The business in Sweden has 500 employees and a turnover of 2 BSEK. The site in question is located in Grimsås, Västergötland.
Your mission includes responsibility for:
- Contractual negotiations and labor law - mainly based on the ”Teknikavtalet”
- Support managers on issues such as talent management, career and development plans, recruitment, employment conditions and HR matters
- Represent HR in the Equality Committee
- Represent HR in the joint evaluation committee.
- Provide expertise for the job evaluation system
- Ensure delivery of reporting to HR centrally
- Coordinate annual Leader Days
- Driving and coordinating employee surveys, including follow-up and driving action plan and its implementation
The role reports to the HR Manager - Sweden.
To be eligible for the position, you should have recent experience from a similar role. Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
We will present candidates on Tuesday, March 23 at 15:00 and interviews at the client company will take place on Wednesday, March 30 and 31, 2016. The assignment is full-time and starts the following week and is expected to last until June 2016, with good possibilities for extension.
