Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim HR and Payroll Specialist to an exciting global growth company in the tech sector in Stockholm.
As interim HR and payroll specialist, you will start up the HR department and build and implement an effective HR and payroll function from scratch, including processes, systems, and procedures. You will report to the company's CFO.
Main duties:
- Responsible for payroll management for approximately 70 employees.
- Build up the HR and payroll function from scratch, including all processes and procedures for HR and payroll management.
- Implement onboarding processes to ensure a structured introduction for new employees.
- Support managers and senior management in HR and payroll matters, and ensure that all HR processes are aligned with the company's goals and needs.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience of building and implementing HR and payroll functions from scratch in a growth company.
- Ability to quickly set up and structure effective systems and processes for HR and payroll management.
- Experience in supporting managers and senior management with practical HR support, including labor law and personnel administration.
- Experience working with the Hogia payroll system is an advantage.
