To help us drive the development of the interim industry, we have a full-scale business management system that allows us to work on continuous improvements to our own organization.

Interim Search's vision is to be the obvious industry-leading choice in the segment. Interim Management. In a company experiencing strong growth, there is a need to ensure structured working methods and follow-ups. This is partly to ensure a good working environment for employees, but also, of course, to ensure consistently high quality in deliveries to customers and the implementation of the company's other goals in terms of quality, the environment, finances, and CSR. In order to maintain consistently high quality while continuing to grow in the market, Interim Search decided in 2015 to create and implement an integrated business management system (BMS) that encompasses and controls the company's key processes. The BMS was developed by leading representatives within the Interim Search organization.

The documentation and system are dynamic and are continuously developed in line with ongoing improvement work and changes in the organization, as well as external and customer requirements.

Quality

VLS comprises governing and supporting documentation for the activities conducted, and is based on the requirements and structures of ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001. Quality work in the Main Process is combined with the Management Process's continuous internal improvement work, creating a foundation for the development of the entire organization. Continuous follow-ups and constant improvements are the cornerstones of Interim Search's business development work. This means that we are constantly developing existing methods, but also seeking new ones that can contribute to our development. This is so that we can always be leaders in the industry in our customer deliveries.

Environment

Interim Search's environmental management system is an integral part of the aforementioned VLS. It covers the requirements set out in ISO 14001 and Svensk Miljöbas. The environmental goals for our operations are set during the first quarter of each year, and we strive to be a leading player in the industry in terms of environmental work.

As a service provider in interim management, it is challenging to identify areas where there is a significant environmental impact. Interim Search works actively on an ongoing basis, both internally and with consultants and clients, to create new dynamic trends in minimizing overall environmental impact. Interim Search's goal is to contribute to, among other things, the 16 national environmental objectives.

We work on continuous environmental improvements in the same way as in other areas. We give internal employees, consultants, and customers the opportunity to register suggestions for improvement and how they would like to develop our collaboration. This is done through registration in our business management system, email, surveys, and interviews. The data is then compiled in our improvement register, which is analyzed to determine which focus areas we should prioritize for implementation.

Work environment

Interim Search has an integrated occupational health and safety management system in VLS. As a provider of consulting services, we set high standards for ourselves to comply with the requirements and guidelines set out in OHSAS 18001, but also, of course, those set by our customers and the outside world. We constantly monitor the external environment to ensure that we are at the forefront of the industry in terms of work environment efforts and the ability to continuously improve the safety and health of our employees. As a complement, Interim Search also has policies that cover the ethical treatment and handling of customers, consultants, internal employees, and the surrounding environment.

Personal responsibility

Patrik Ekestubbe is Business Development & Quality Manager at Interim Search and is responsible for the company's quality and development work. He has a background in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety issues at management level in a number of different industries. His experience from the transport and service industries, among others, has given him a broad understanding of relevant issues that can be applied to interim management.
