Our rule of thumb is that we should put our interim candidates out to tender so that you, as a customer, get the same price, or lower, than if you had contacted the person without our involvement. Another rule of thumb is that our pricing should be transparent and that in every single deal we strive to find a balance where both the customer and the candidate are satisfied with the remuneration, while at the same time our work pays off.
