Peter comes from the role of CFO for a medium-sized American company, where he was responsible for a finance department of four people. For a period, he was acting CEO of the same company, and prior to that he was Business Controller at a media company, where he also had some responsibility for staff. His experience ranges from Business Controller in companies with multi-billion dollar turnovers to CFO in start-up businesses.
Peter is an interim manager who contributes best in the role of interim CFO in a smaller company with a finance function where the CFO makes operational decisions about the business on a daily basis. Preferably in a company with an entrepreneurial spirit that has outsourced parts of its administration to external suppliers, where he can work closely with the CEO and owners.
