Sven has extensive experience in warehousing and logistics. He has held roles with extensive leadership as a manager over 20 people. Since 2015, he has worked as an interim consultant and continued to develop as a leader. He has worked in warehouse and logistics roles in companies with fast-growing e-commerce, but also more traditional logistics companies where much is about developing and digitizing. Early on, Sven was seconded to an industrial company where he worked as interim Supply Chain Director in a global stock exchange environment. A large part of the role was about leadership and he had overall responsibility for production operations distributed throughout Sweden. The responsibility was all-encompassing and involved production planning, transportation, customer service, complaints and process development. In addition, he had strategic responsibility, managed budget and P&L. He also ran improvement projects with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
