Interim Sustainability Manager

Nathalie is one of our most experienced sustainability managers, having been placed by Interim Search on two assignments. She is often called upon to lead sustainability efforts and ensure that reporting complies with regulations. She always works closely with the executive team on strategic change initiatives and collaborates with the entire organization when it comes to providing broad-based training. Nathalie recently completed a long-term assignment lasting nearly two years, during which she served as interim sustainability manager at an industrial company. It was a global company with operations in 25 countries and nearly 2,000 employees. Nathalie listened to the client’s needs and then began by setting concrete goals and establishing a clear structure for sustainability efforts that impacted the entire value chain. On a more operational level, she prepared the company for the CSRD, trained the organization on sustainability issues, and conducted audits of the supplier and customer portfolios.
