Marcus grew up in northern Sweden and is an engineer by training. He has held several positions in production-intensive companies and, in recent years, has taken on leadership roles for production operations and factories both nationally and internationally. Among other things, he has led major cost-saving projects as a logistics manager and conducted extensive reviews of logistics flows. His most recent assignment was as interim site manager at a wholesale company during a period of restructuring. Marcus was responsible for warehousing, purchasing, and order fulfillment, and led the department in everything from staff planning to improvement projects. The assignment was extended, but Marcus has now handed over to his successor and is once again available for new assignments with an emphasis on leadership.
