Björn has worked in the controller function for over 25 years. He started as an economist at a long-established Swedish food company straight after graduation. After three years, he was offered the position of controller and played a significant role when the company was acquired by a food group. In the new organization, Björn worked as Business Controller and was part of the management team for one of the product segments, a role he held for over ten years. For the past three years, he has worked as an interim controller for companies in staffing, finance and logistics.
With his long experience, Björn is able to handle large flows, provide input in sales departments and be responsible for driving change among staff. He is also used to working closely with management functions and improving routines and the quality of decision-making.
