Interim Production Manager

Camilla's first job was at a small transport company in southern Sweden. There, she mainly worked with administration and order management. Since then, she has continued in the field of mechanics but has advanced to roles with greater breadth and operational responsibility. Among other things, she has been involved in factory relocations and has driven the implementation and streamlining of working methods. The roles she has held over the years have ranged from process developer and site manager to, more recently, production manager. Five years ago, Camilla began taking on interim assignments and, in her most recent assignment, she served as interim production manager for a large global pharmaceutical company. In this role, she was responsible for transformation projects at twelve sites across Scandinavia, which resulted in better tools for quality assurance and optimized deliveries. Camilla is currently seeking her third assignment.
