Tobias’s career really took off when his former employer was part of a merger with an international company in the manufacturing industry. The merger brought about changes in personnel, and Tobias was given the responsibility of taking on a new role as logistics manager at one of the companies in the new group. In this role, Tobias was responsible for logistics, transportation, and delivery matters covering the European market. He spent five successful years in the role, which largely consisted of planning and managing day-to-day operations. Throughout his career, he has also demonstrated excellent negotiation skills and successfully managed complex transportation contracts. After ten years as a full-time employee, Tobias has transitioned to working as an interim consultant. He is now seeking his third assignment.
Larger companies that manage major transportation and supplier contracts can benefit from Tobias’s expertise. He has extensive experience working internationally and with the Nordic region, and is accustomed to working on the go. Tobias is also happy to take on advisory roles at smaller companies.
