Jenny has extensive experience in developing organizations, employees, and processes based on the Lean philosophy and has a background in manufacturing and factory operations. Jenny has been a leader for over 30 years and has worked in manufacturing, production, contracting, and retail. She has particular expertise in turnarounds, change management, and international expansion. She recently completed an international assignment where she held operational responsibility for a factory belonging to a manufacturing group. Jenny analyzed the operations and identified necessary changes in the organization, mechanical engineering, and process flows. Prior to that, she was on a long-term assignment in the retail industry, responsible for two factories with a combined revenue of over 200 MSEK. She led a transformation initiative focused on delivery reliability, skills development, quality, and efficiency.
