Immediately after graduating, Hannes started his own company and began working as an IT consultant developing systems and implementing new business systems for various companies, mainly in the transportation industry. His expertise led a large security company to recruit him as IT manager in the early 2000s. He worked there until 2009, when he was recruited by a media group that needed a strategic IT manager who could find economies of scale within the expanding business.
Hannes has proven expertise in product development, application development, and management of existing systems. He is proactive and driven, and has the ability to build bridges between IT and business.
