During the major IT boom, Malin was hired as a recruitment manager at one of the fastest-growing IT companies. During the most intense years, she developed her own recruitment methodology and onboarding program, which enabled the company’s rapid expansion from an HR perspective. Her career path continued to a media company where she was hired as a personnel manager, a role that later evolved into HR manager. It was also in her capacity as HR manager that she was recruited by a telecommunications company, a position she has just left.
