Helena's career took off from the start thanks to the dramatic growth of the IT industry, which saw the HR function take on an increasingly important role. She started as a personnel manager at a small IT company that quickly grew into a large enterprise. In connection with the expansion, she was appointed HR manager to oversee the company's global growth. The company remained strong even after the IT crash, and she continued to build an effective HR organization. In 2005, Helena was recruited to a larger healthcare company as HR manager, where she was responsible for ten employees. Here, too, she has built a stable HR organization and, among other things, created a completely new culture and values program.
