Shortly thereafter, the company was acquired by a major Swedish corporation, and Andreas was put in charge of reporting, forecasting, and implementing new procedures for the much larger company. He was appointed to controller for the merged company and was responsible for consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and the development of new budgeting models. He was subsequently recruited to the banking sector as a financial controller, where he worked on building and developing budget and forecasting models for the bank’s Scandinavian units.
