Rebecka is a new interim consultant, but has gotten off to a flying start thanks to her knowledge of finance, business management and process improvement. Her last interim assignment was at an industrial company where she covered a period of sick leave. She was involved in monthly and annual accounts, budget work and annual reporting. Rebecka also helped plan for an IPO and implementation of a new financial system. Integrating systems is something she is used to from before and has, after a long career, great experience of most systems, such as Cognos, Jeeves, Monitor, Navision, Visma and Aaro. Her project management experience also goes back a long way - among other things, Rebecka has been involved in moving a finance function, merging and integrating acquired companies and outsourcing finances.
Rebecka has often been hired during or after reorganizations and changes. She likes to run system projects.
