Johannes has primarily worked in large organizations. His first job was as a controller in the banking sector; he then moved to an insurance company, where he was quickly poached by one firm after another, each time with a promotion. He advanced to chief controller at an international and well-known financial services company, where he was responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process, reporting to the European headquarters, and reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. After six years, he wanted to try a new industry and became CFO of a staffing agency, where he worked on day-to-day operations while also managing three employees. Once he had gained some insight into the industry, he was drawn to working on fixed-term assignments and has now held three positions as an interim consultant: finance manager for a media company, chief controller for another media company, and most recently as chief controller for a healthcare company with revenue in the billions.
