Niklas is relatively new to the interim market but has an impressive management career as an employee behind him. He started as an IT manager at a small Swedish software company but has grown in roles and currently holds the title of CIO. As a consultant, he has recently completed an extensive project at a large construction company. There he did an analysis of existing systems and developed solutions where needed. Niklas has several similar projects behind him and has throughout his career been driven by innovating and developing IT in line with business goals. In his next assignment, he would like to have strategic responsibility and drive improvement work within larger IT functions.
