Gustav began his career as a project controller at an international transportation company. After being recruited as finance manager for an industrial group, he has since continued his career in senior CFO positions. He has been active as an interim consultant for just over three years, and his most recent assignment was as interim CFO at a manufacturing company that is a leader in its niche. Gustav was there for a six-month period and served in a combined role as CFO and COO. The client is a large company, and Gustav was an integral part of the management team. A major part of the assignment focused on creating a centralized structure for the entire organization and developing group-wide standard operating procedures. Gustav was also involved in a major corporate acquisition and the closure of several of the company’s overseas factories.
Gustav is looking for a new role where he can be involved in business-critical decisions and drive business development—preferably at a large international company.
