Axel is one of our most seasoned controllers with experience as business controller in large international companies. With experience from IT and telecom, he is used to changing environment and in his global background he has worked towards other countries and key people in different regions. Axel spent almost ten years working for a telecom giant before deciding to try the interim track. He brought with him extensive experience in process change, complex organizational structure, management reporting and systems knowledge. He is used to rapid change, large projects and being a decision maker, but with the knowledge that management takes place after his exit from the organization. He has recently had a longer assignment at a media company where he developed new financial management models after a merger.
Axel is trained and experienced in the traditional business controller role. He is used to working closely with management and likes to work closely with the CFO.
