Interim Accounting Manager

Calle is an independent and hands-on Chief Accounting Officer who has worked in small and medium-sized companies. Most of these are owner-managed, foreign companies, which has allowed Calle to become familiar with a variety of accounting principles. He has extensive experience in leadership roles within accounting and administration and previously worked in auditing. Calle has served as an interim manager for over ten years and has undertaken many assignments focused on change. He has most often been brought in during ERP implementations, following corporate mergers, or in preparation for initial public offerings (IPOs). This is where his experience comes in handy when it comes to streamlining the finance function and improving processes such as reporting structures and project accounting. In one of the assignments he took on through Interim Search, he worked at a large manufacturing company with operations in Europe and the U.S. He had a six-month assignment and improved the process for monthly and annual financial statements. Calle worked closely with the Group CFO and was responsible for managing a team of four accounting specialists.
