Mikael was recruited early in his career to a relatively unknown IT company at the time for the role of Nordic HR Manager. The company grew dramatically during the IT era and is today one of the largest IT companies in the world. This journey is a contributing factor to his expertise in building effective HR organizations. He was then recruited to a media group to be responsible for harmonizing 50 subsidiaries that all had different HR processes and procedures. In his most recent position as HR Manager for a transportation company, he has been responsible for 12 employees, a role that has given him experience in the de-recruitment of over 100 employees.
Mikael is particularly interested in an interim HR assignment that combines strategic decisions with operational work where he gets access to developing the business. He thrives best as an interim manager in larger companies but can also be relevant for smaller companies that have grown significantly and need help building a functioning HR function.
