Cathrin established herself in HR over a period of 10 years in the role of Human Resource Business Partner at three different employers. During this period as a specialist, she worked closely with senior HR colleagues and, in consultation with the HR Director, was responsible for building up a joint HR function after the company had completed six acquisitions and establishing an EMEA office in Stockholm. When this was completed, she chose to leave her position in favor of an interim assignment for a private equity-owned healthcare company with overall responsibility for the company's 29 units. With a taste for the job, she has since continued as an interim consultant, acting as interim Recruitment Manager for a transport company and a pharmaceutical company, interim HR Manager for a small IT company, and most recently as interim HRPB for a large rental company. She is now looking for her sixth assignment as an interim manager.
