Annika has just completed her first interim assignment after 15 years as a full-time employee, most recently as head of the Treasury Front Office. She began her career as a Financial Controller, where she worked on setting up cash pools at the European level, and subsequently advanced to become head of the company’s internal bank. As Group Treasurer, she led the department responsible for currency risk management, liquidity planning, and internal and external loan management. She has also served as Deputy Head of Treasury for a manufacturing company.
Annika is an interim manager who is particularly suited to medium-sized and large companies in a broad interim treasury role, preferably in companies that need new policies and to introduce new processes and procedures. She is highly motivated by driving development work, which may include implementing treasury/liquidity systems and establishing procedures for cash flows and reporting.
