Interim Controller

Jesper began his career as a management consultant and has worked, among other places, at one of the world’s leading strategy consulting firms before taking a line management position. He quickly advanced from business controller at a manufacturing company to head of business control at a transportation company, where he had direct supervisory responsibility for 11 employees and played a key role in preparing the company for a sale. In his most recent position, he worked for an international beauty company and was responsible for the Nordic finance function, which included overseeing outsourcing projects, establishing an overseas Shared Service Center, and implementing a new forecasting system. For the past two years, he has returned to working as an interim consultant and most recently served as interim Division Controller for a multi-billion company in the IT solutions sector.

Jesper is an experienced interim manager who enjoys working hands-on and taking responsibility for staff, preferably in a highly commercial business environment during a period when the client is undergoing change.
