Early in her career, Susanna was placed in charge of a finance department with full responsibility for personnel. She then chose to specialize and served as a Production and Purchasing Controller at a large Swedish corporation for five years. During that period, her responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring results, implementing IT systems, and holding functional responsibility for a business unit. In the years that followed, she served as Administrative Manager and Finance Director for companies in the food, healthcare, and industrial sectors with revenue ranging from 500 million SEK to 1 billion SEK. In her most recent position, she served as Finance Director for a private equity-owned healthcare company that doubled its revenue in three years. In that role, she had full personnel responsibility for 15 employees, five of whom reported directly to her, and she established a Shared Service Center, among other initiatives.
