Interim Chief Financial Officer

Harald worked full-time as an analyst and in qualified sales of financial products in parallel with his academic studies. He was then recruited internally to a Business Controller position and subsequently became Chief Controller. The role involved, in addition to staff responsibility for three people and responsibility for optimizing the operation of customer service, also building up functioning routines and processes as the company had grown significantly over a number of years. He was then given the responsibility as CFO to turn around the company's negative profitability and prepare for a sale, which he successfully accomplished. Harald has now taken the decision to work as an interim consultant to help other companies in similar situations.
