Interim Chief Financial Officer

Martin enjoyed a rapid career within one of Sweden's largest construction groups in roles as Controller, Division Controller, and Chief Financial Officer. After being stationed in China for three years, he chose to change employers and took a position as Nordic Controller for a service company. His responsibilities included budget and forecasting, productivity analyses, development of procurement models, reporting to European headquarters, and project management during system changes. In his most recent position, he was Finance Manager for an international food company with responsibility for finance, administration, and IT. This position has given him further experience in international establishments, company inspections, and portfolio management.
