Veronica worked for a handful of years as an Accountant before moving on in her career as Controller at a transportation company to become Financial Controller and later advancing to Accounting Manager for a Private Equity owned real estate services company. In the latter role, she was responsible for 8 employees, managed the financial statements, prepared annual reports, handled tax issues and managed the owner reporting and streamlined processes and routines.
Veronica is an interim manager who is now looking for her third assignment as an interim consultant where she will be responsible for an accounting function, preferably with greater staff responsibility. She is best suited for roles where she gets to work on raising the quality of accounting and raising the competence of employees to achieve lasting results. The latter is a goal she brings with her when she starts a new assignment and which motivates her as a person.
