Mikaela has nearly ten years of experience in HR. She has consistently worked in global companies and has also been stationed abroad. Since she has often worked for large companies, much of her work has involved centralization and integration—everything from recruitment processes to skills development and corporate culture. This has often been after mergers and acquisitions. Mikaela is a relatively new interim consultant and has just completed her first assignment as interim Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at a fast-growing company. Mikaela was primarily responsible for leading recruitment processes both at the head office in Stockholm and at sales and customer service offices abroad.
