Tom is a seasoned leader whose expertise lies in pharmaceutical production and operations in e-commerce, warehousing and logistics. With that, he has a unique breadth and has seen many different organizations and processes. Tom started his own business as an interim consultant just over four years ago and the first assignment was long-lasting. He was hired as interim logistics manager at a retail company where he managed all outbound logistics for the B2C market and led a team of 30 employees. In the same company, he later became interim production manager and was given greater responsibility for production, implementing new machines and automated processes with good results. Tom's interim experience also includes an overseas assignment at a pharmaceutical company. There he was responsible for production, warehousing and logistics in a European market. The assignment taught him a lot, the company delivered both B2C and B2B and Tom ran a number of change projects at a strategic level.
Tom has extensive experience in regulated industries and has worked both strategically and operationally in operations, supply chain, production and logistics. His preferred role is as a production manager.
