Since Karl started his own business as an interim consultant more than ten years ago, he has completed assignments in almost thirteen different companies. These were mainly established brands in the energy, charity, banking, telecom, and retail sectors. He has extensive expertise in IT and, in his logistics roles, has also been responsible for change management in relation to the implementation of e-commerce and the procurement of purchasing systems. Last year, Karl was hired by Interim Search for two different clients. The first assignment was as logistics manager in a high-volume business, where he implemented a new logistics solution on a global level, including developing IT and warehouse management. The second assignment was at a fashion company facing major challenges. Karl was also responsible for both supply chain and IT there. He left the assignment having achieved cost savings, improved processes, and implemented a new e-commerce solution.
