Sandro's management career began as warehouse and logistics manager at a European white goods company. He was then recruited to a newly started cosmetics company where he built up the supply chain function and played a major part in the company's growth journey. He has also worked at a food company, where he was responsible for logistics in several factories and developed KPIs that led to significant savings. Sandro's experience of transformation and leadership also includes managing upscaling and downscaling in production and managing up to 25 people. Sandro has recently started as an interim manager and has given his career a new lease of life.
