Jessica is trained in sales and marketing. Her first roles were as key account manager and brand manager for segments in the beverage industry. She has since moved on to sourcing and category management. Among other things, she has worked for a global health company and established their portfolio in the Nordic market. She has also been category manager at a Swedish food company, where she was responsible for the company's premium segment and led a small team. Under Jessica's leadership, the product range was developed and sustainability strategies were incorporated into product development. Jessica was recently hired through Interim Search and had an extensive change assignment with a major retail player. She was responsible for developing the supply chain and created strategies for entering the foreign market.
Jessica is well versed in retail, with extensive experience in purchasing and categories within retail and FMCG. She is best suited to medium-sized and large companies and enjoys working internationally.
