Emily is a relatively new interim consultant with solid experience in business-oriented HR work in medium-sized and large companies. Most recently, she comes from an assignment at a retail company with a turnover of SEK 650 million. Emily was hired during a parental leave and was responsible for developing HR processes, supporting managers, handling labor law issues, and recruitment. Other assignments have focused more on change projects, and she has, among other things, supported a reorganisation where she worked with leadership coaching and developed corporate culture, work environment and salary reviews in accordance with the new company structure. Although Emily has only had a few assignments, she has a short start-up period as a consultant.
