Peter has 25 years of experience as the head of HR at a bunch of international companies and some of Sweden's biggest businesses, mainly in the real estate and transportation sectors. His most recent position was as HR Director for a multinational company. In that role, he worked to establish the HR function and drive extensive organizational development projects, where the biggest challenge was to get the staff on board, which he succeeded in doing.
