Anna has extensive experience in compensation and benefits. She has mainly worked in international environments and managed large projects related to leadership development and salary structures. Anna is a relatively new interim consultant and has already completed two assignments in large international companies. In the first assignment, she developed existing policies regarding skills analysis, salary reviews, pensions, and benefits. In the latter project, she led a comprehensive global salary survey process and centralized processes so that the group worked uniformly and in accordance with the parent company's values. Anna also identified areas for improvement, which resulted in her and her team developing central policies within their area. Both assignments involved many points of contact, working with different cultures, and a focus on coordination. In the latter assignment, the salary survey covered more than 15,000 employees in nearly 50 countries.
