Pernilla has a passion for fashion, which is reflected in her career. Before her academic studies, she worked as a purchasing assistant at a high-end fashion company in London. She advanced within the company and became sales manager for a well-known clothing brand, responsible for their international expansion into Eastern Europe. Success bred further success, and she was subsequently entrusted with leading the launch of another international design brand that wanted to break into Eastern Europe, with a focus on the Baltic States and Russia. After several years of extensive travel, she moved back to Sweden to work as purchasing manager for the women's segment at a large retail chain. She was soon promoted to head of the entire purchasing department, with stores in the Nordic countries, Russia, the Baltic states, India, and China. She has now decided to work as an interim manager and is looking for her first assignment.
