The role of Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant in Malmö, you have overall responsibility for your own assignments and appointments. You work in an environment where customer needs are business-critical and require immediate solutions. This places high demands on your ability to combine speed with precision.
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategic advice: Be a partner to management teams in organizations facing change or critical vacancies.
- Business development: Build and manage your own client portfolio and negotiate contracts.
- Selection and matching: Working closely with our dedicated Research team, you will evaluate qualified interim candidates to find the perfect match for the client's specific needs.
- Project management: Drive the recruitment process from start to finish with a focus on highest customer and candidate satisfaction.
