Interim Nordic HR Manager
Interim Search is currently recruiting an interim Nordic HR Manager for one of our clients in Stockholm to cover a parental leave absence.
Your role will be to oversee the HR function at the Nordic level during the assignment period and manage recruitment, personnel matters, union negotiations, budgeting, strategic HR work, onboarding, organizational changes, and administration. The role includes supervisory responsibility for five HR managers and support functions.
We are looking for an HR Manager with 7–10 years of experience. You are fluent in spoken and written English, have knowledge of labor law, and have experience working as a manager. You are capable of working both operationally and strategically, have strong negotiation skills, experience implementing new processes, and experience recruiting for senior-level positions. Previous experience working at the Nordic level is a plus.
