Interim Workshop Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Workshop Manager for an eight-month consulting assignment at a large auto service facility in Gothenburg. You will be responsible for a team of about 40 people.
In the role of interim Workshop Manager, you will ensure that the company's resources are used efficiently and that customers have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for ensuring that the organization achieves results in accordance with the budget.
- Ensure organizational efficiency.
- Human Resources Management, including employee reviews and professional development.
- Ensure good customer relations and handle any complaints.
- Ensure that the company's procedures and policies are followed.
- Contribute to improvements in quality systems, occupational safety, and environmental issues.
Qualifications:
- To be considered for this position, you must have recently worked as a Workshop Manager, Site Manager, or Production Manager.
- You can handle stress well and have experience working in a customer-driven environment.
- As a person, you are organized and an efficient administrator.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance is not required, but is preferred.
